Yesterday I received a letter (by fax) from the community in Alabama of which I am an "extended member" (that is, I don't live there), about a young mother who does live there and who has brain cancer. She has four children including the one she's pregnant with; the doctors give her absolutely no hope of survival without aborting the baby and having immediate surgery, which of course she is unwilling to do. (She has already had two surgeries and the doctors told her that this kind of cancer can be removed by surgery but then it comes back bigger than ever. It's validating their prognosis.)
So we are all praying for a miracle, because they (medical people) don't expect her to live till the baby's due; but after all, God knew what He planned to do when the baby was created, but He does want to be asked, over and over, it builds our faith too. So please would you all pray for her too, her name's Andrea P, and ask anybody you know who prays, to do the same. Rosalie
