Please pray for me i am in turmoil. So many things are causing me anguish. I suffer with my mental health and struggle most days to keep going. I also have gallstones and am terrified of surgery, i was hoping medicaiton would help. My husband is suffering with his diabetes and in pain most days. My beloved son has learning difficulties and a kidney reflux. Every day i wake up in terror and fear. I have broken my promises to our lord so many times. Please help me and my family. Sandra
