Please find in the attachment a medical report of Mr. Mohammed. HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON, HUMBLE AND GENEROUS TO ALL THE COMMUNITY AND RELIGIONS.In the attached report you will obsorve  the patient  has a problem with long standing history of severe bilateral knee pain. The pain is getting worse and affecting his ambulation. His ambulation is greatly limited, because of pain and discomfort. The patient is unable to kneel or squat on the ground as well as difficulty going up and down stairs. Thank you Simon
