Subject: Matthew Update: WednesdayFriends,Matthew is still fighting but the infection still appears to be very aggressive. The Cardiologist shared with Jeff and Missy that "we need to start winning some of these battles for me to be optimistic. We have lost too many of them recently." We are not sure what God's will is for Matthew: maybe He will grant us a miracle and let Matthew heal and recover and live with us here on earth or maybe God has decided that Matthew has already accomplished what he was sent here for and it is time for him to go back to our eternal home. Either way, many of us have decided to gather this evening at St. Louise to pray. To pray for a miracle, to pray for strength, to pray for the family, to pray for all of those touched by Matthew and all of those who are hurting with this news.
