Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to thank the Divine Mercy Team in the US and each and every one of you for your prayers and support yesterday during mum’s spine surgery. Her operation was a success and the doctors and nurses are all very satisfied with her progress.
Her surgery got delayed to 12:00 noon instead of 10:00 a.m yesterday. The amazing thing is that we had just finished saying the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 when her doctor came out of the theatre after 3:00pm (the hour of Grace) and told us that her surgery went well. He said to me, if I know your mother, she will be out of this hospital before the end of the week. The power of prayer is a fantastic instrument, especially the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Infant Jesus of Prague Novena.
She came around pretty fast after the operation and within a few hours she and was her usual self, talking and tell me to go home as she was in good hands. Unbelievable for my mum who turned 84 on Jan 25th , having gone through a major surgery to have recovered so quickly. The nurse who was attending her after the surgery was amazed at her quick recovery. Mum will be moved to the general ward sometime today as she is progressing well.
Thank you once again for all your prayers and support and I request you to continue to keep her in your prayers during her recovery period.
