Dear Faustina, please pray for Shelby, Louie, Dave and myself for health and safety, forgiveness of our sins and thanksgiving for our blessings.  Free from disease, ailments, surgery and hospitalization.  to be completely healed for the 4 of us in mind and body and spirit.  For all our temporal and spiritual needs and to live a good life in love of God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit.  For all my deceased members of my family and for all souls in purgatory., For all I pray for and their loved ones
