Jay, Kirsten delivered her healthy baby girl, Rebecca Joy, on Wednesday. Here are the details from her father, Deacon Ross .

Thank you for your prayers on behalf of my daughter Kirsten and her baby. We experienced today nothing short of a miracle. Kirsten went to the hospital at 4:00 a.m. to be induced. Since she could not 'push' during labor because of her neurological condition as pushing could prove fatal for her, we expected that the baby would be 'extracted' with forceps, by vacum or by C section. An hour prior to the birth, it appeared that one of those procedures would have to be employed, but truly miraculously at the time of birth the baby simply 'slid out' without the mother having to push or make any effort at all. An hour after the birth, Kirsten received a 'blood patch' to deal with her neurological condition. If the blood patch blocks the opening that is leaking spinal fluid into the base of her brain, then we can be doubly thankful for all the benefits received from all the prayers being said literally around the world. The physical and moral support of friends has been amazing. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Nothing is impossible with God!!!!!!!!!! Rebecca Joy was born at 1:43 p.m.
