I am praying  Citi_corp Bank sells the house To Nancy & James who were approved for and got a mortgage for this house and  we put a check deposit toward the purchase. We have been waiting been since May 1, 2012 to buy it, however, when we signed the paperwork the owner  would not sign it and took it off the market and then filed bankruptcy for the third time in her life, and now wants the house back from the Bank.
